The position is remote with office locations nationwide. Periodic travel (10%) may be required. Responsibilities Manage team of direct reports (commissions analysts and commissions accountants) responsible for monthly payment of commissions. Ensure accurate and timely payment of commissions each month. Streamline workflow of monthly commissions payment file creation in newly implemented tool with focus on reducing processing time. Develop team of direct reports to have adequate cross training to ensure business continuity of a critical function. Provide analysis and recommendations on annual commissions plan changes aimed at driving desired business behaviors and ensuring profit target achievement. Calculate monthly commissions accrual with high accuracy. Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience BS/BA in Accounting or Finance Self-starter exhibiting ownership of results Strong analytical skills with attention to detail & accuracy Ability to simplify and clearly communicate complex financial information to various stakeholders Highly organized with ability to self-manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience Experience with data analysis and reporting in SAP BW experience a plus Experience in a complex matrix reporting structure #RSS #LI-SM1 Organization: Smart Infrastructure Company: Siemens Industry, Inc.
