Job Summary：

This position leads tactical Purchasing activities within Casting/Forging commodity, supporting the Regional Commodity Manager of Casting/Forging (RCM)

Job Responsibilities：

1. Supports the RCM with the execution of the China commodity strategies,

2. Follows the Sourcing Process for NPI and resourcing, ensuring right fit suppliers are selected for every part at best costs, with the lowest possible Lead Times and MOQs,

3.ensuring On Time Delivery of OTS and PPAP parts and that sufficient capacities are installed to support production volumes

This includes: managing RFQs,

analyzing quotes and costs of parts and tools,

negotiating prices to meet targets,

initiating sourcing decisions,

managing contracts and tracking OTS/PPAP parts for NPI and resourcing,

Continuously drives cost out of parts in development and production,

analyzing costs, identifying should costs and driving gap closure to meet PPV targets,

utilizing the resources of SCAs, Manages Economics (raw material and forex) in the best interest of AGCO,

Implements ECNs / product updates within project timing and cost targets,

Expedites materials in ramp-up before they are PPAP-approved and handed over to Materials Planning,

Continuously monitors and improves the quality, delivery and cost performance of their suppliers, incl lead-time and MOQ reduction

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Sourcing experience and skills: Effective communicator, min 2 years in the agricultural machinery, construction or automotive industry, min 2 years in Purchasing, min 3 years works on casting/forging commodity. Understands costs and is able to analyze costs based on drawings/specifications, as well as judge the feasibility of supplier quotes / cost break-downs,

2. Good negotiation skills, Fluent in English both oral and speaking, Good English writing,
