JOB SUMMARY: 1- Execute Sourcing strategy driven by Advanced Sourcing team located in San Diego 2-Commodity management: substrate and printed Circuit boards 3-Pos management: Prepare/create purchase orders into Oracle System and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests. Acknowledge POs. 4-Manage suppliers and expedite parts. A.Support Qualcomm Advanced Sourcing team by participating to regular conference call with San Diego team. Understand priorities of each NPI exercise (new product introduction). Understand R&D priorities. Launch RFQs and place POs for each NPI exercise. Get price and associated T&Cs Expedite and chase parts to reach deadline defined for each NPI exercise Inform Sourcing organization about status of these POs B.Support Qualcomm Sourcing team by implementing Qualcomm Direct buy strategy or support Pass Through Pricing methodology C.Respond supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations D.Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other similar problems. E.Maintain and review with the help of the Sourcing manager, purchasing files, reports and price lists F.Approve bills for payment and support Finance Department in these specific tasks G.Report predefine KPIs defined by both team Advanced Sourcing and Sourcing team SKILLS Strong numerical and analytical skills. High proficiency in data handling and good attention to detail Sound knowledge of finance including total cost of acquisition Robust process skills Strong organisational skills, with flexibility of understand and jointly manage a variety of projects. Proficiency using: oOracle or similar ERP system oMicrosoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point) oMicrosoft Office Suite (Access/Project) oExperience with Agile software is a plus.

1. Procurement experience, preferably in an Engineering environment and especially on commodities such as Substrates or PWBs
2. Experience in MRP systems such as Oracle (Rapid Response system used)
3. Experience of expediting suppliers to meet program deliverable
4.Strong negotiation skills and familiar with terms and conditions
