Today we invite you to join the team as a Commodity Manager.In this position, responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:Own all ATM local supplier relationships and be the point of escalation for Buyers and stakeholders.Own writing, justifying, negotiating and managing local supplier contracts.Establish business processes with stakeholders to ensure factory local sourcing is effective and efficient in delivering ATM needs while controlling business risk and cost competitiveness.Manage ongoing contracts to mitigate potential supply line risks.Work with Buyers to develop and maintain performance metrics for suppliers and communicate to stakeholders on a regular cadence.Be POC for supplier escalations and commercial issues.Be connected to stakeholder's requirements and work with supplier to improve business process, availability, and factory support.Identify and work with appropriate business partners and suppliers to develop and execute cost reduction projects.
Qualifications
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
M.B.A. with 3 years of experience, Bachelor degree, with 5 years of experience, or 10 years experience in Supply Chain, Supplier Management, Electronic High Volume Manufacturing management, or Procurement.
Intermediate to Advanced English Level.
Advanced Spanish Level.
Preferred Qualifications:
Commodity Management experience desired.
Unrestricted Costa Rican work permit

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
