1. 主要职责 Main Responsibility:

1）根据项目需要开发供应商，并且确保不同种类的零件供应商池内有三个层级的供应商；

Sourcing supplier according project requirement, and build up supplier pool for different categories of components. Make sure there are 3 levels supplier team in the pool.

2）根据项目需求获取供应商报价，并完成RFQ工作，达成价格目标，并与团队按时共同来选择合格供应商；

According to project requirement , to get supplier offer, achieve target price and support finish RFQ,and chose the qualified supplier for different components with team in timing plan.

3）和供应商进行年度降本讨论，并确保目标实现；

Yearly cost deduction discussion with supplier ,and make sure the target archived.

4）给予公司业务需求制定供应商开发策略，同时进行供应商评估及年度考核；

Build up the souring strategy base on PHP business requirement, evaluate existing supplier performance and finish yearly performance score.

5）按时完成商务谈判及定点工作，并及时与供应商完成商务合同及各类订单，同时保证供应商按时交样；

Finish price negotiation and nomination on time, finish purchasing contract and all kind of PO, and make sure supplier can deliver component on time.

6）完成上级领导安排的其他工作任务。

Complete the tasks assigned by leaders.

2. 上岗条件 Qualification:

1）本科及以上 Bachelor degree or above

2）良好的工程背景 Best engineering background

3）汽车零部件领域3年以上工作经验

Minimum 3 years experience in automobile part manufacturing field

特别是在项目和生产采购方面

especially in project or product purchasing

4）熟悉压铸、机加、浇铸、注塑零部件，特别是有相关的供应商开发经验

Familiar with the die casting/machining/sintering/plastic injecting component, especially have the related supplier development experience

5）良好英语沟通能力 Good English communication skills

熟悉MS办公软件 Familiar with MS skill
