岗位职责:

1)Manage and develop a team in China division for the specific commodity. Support Human Resource

topics (Recruitment, Selection, Trainings and Relocation)

2)Organization of regular meetings with related Purchasing Team to share information, best practice sharing, trainings and overall information.

3)Align commodity strategy with supply chain and business requirements

4)Establish consistent commercial terms/conditions and present a single unified International interface to the supply base

5)Execute effective supplier negotiations and event driven cost reductions to meet annual cost reduction goals

6)Build appropriate supplier relationships

7)Drive supplier strategy to maximize commodity leverage

8)Manage the bid and quote process

9)Work with supply base to establish robust quality operating systems to support “zero defect” culture

10)Serve as the point of contact for BU sourcing issues and opportunities related to category management

11)Establish goals, improvement plans, business reviews and monthly reporting related to areas of responsibility

12) Support the organization to behave with a sense of urgency and ensure that it is aligned globally

13) Ensure division commodity strategies are implemented

14) Liaise with local, regional and corporate management on global initiatives

15)Develop and implement cost reduction strategies that deliver material cost saving in line with corporate objectives

16)Drive Low Cost Sourcing and Localization Activities in China

17)Set up KPI for the specific commodity team in Asia region

18)Support Product Line MPV, New Project Launch and resourcing activity, and on time delivery for serial parts

19)Involve and / or facilitate Commodity management in China Division


任职要求:

1)A minimum 6 years experiences in team management, with proven ability to lead a team to achieve cost, quality, and time to market commitments

2)A minimum 5 years experiences in supply chain management area in the automotive industry

3)Strong Negotiation and communication skills

4)Presentation and writing skills, fluent business English.

5)Experience working in a matrix organization

6)Engineering background is preferred

7)Have a good working knowledge of purchasing and related process

8)Ability to successfully function in a matrix style of management, managing a variety of cross-functional team member

9)Proven leadership experience required.

10)Capable of handling multiple priorities and tasks

Proficiency in written and oral communications; PC software; and presentation skills.

11)Excellent participation and listening skills with a strong dedication and commitment to quality customer service and satisfaction.

12)Good interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels within and outside in a professional manner

13)An understanding of financial analysis concepts and budget management.

14)Good problem solving skills, including ability to identify and resolve issues and challenges

15)Ability to choose course of action and make mid-course changes.

16)Good presentation skills;

17)Must be willing to travel extensively and work non-normal business hours.
