Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in business analysis and finance or accounting in a supply chain setting.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA degree.
  • 5 years of experience in a related practice field.
  • Ability to solve ambiguous challenges by executing sophisticated, quantitative and advanced modeling.
  • Strong analytical skills. Ability to interpret and deconstruct complex execution activities/data to derive data reporting efficiency. Ability to write and execute SQL queries.

About the job

As a Rebate Analyst you will be accountable to provide extensive level of analytical responsibility in support of Global Commodity Managers and other internal stakeholders - Finance, Accounting, Compliance teams with an emphasis on rebate administration, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data from external parties.

Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end rebate process - including pricing effective/cut dates, reporting, forecasting, invoice generation and validation, and payment approvals
  • Reconcile data to meet contract/audit compliance - ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all monthly/quarterly rebate payments
  • Partner/investigate with internal stakeholders as well as external partners/suppliers to propose solutions on platform enhancements and systematic reporting
  • Work with suppliers to resolve issues as they arise and perform a variety of ad-hoc reporting related to individualized requests for data analysis
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new suppliers into the rebates program and ownership of resolution for rebates process exceptions, and monitoring performance
