Job Description
Major Responsibilities:
- Assist on procurement & contract deal/filing. Capacity acquisition to support small packages for both services & capacity demand
- Monitor and regularly report on common carriage performance & setup KPI for review
- Co-ordinate with stations to identify & develop the alternatives for both services & costs improvement, including cost saving monitoring
- Data collection from stations & SDF finance for analysis and ensure the correctness on carrier’s billing
- Monitor the progress on achievement for incentive or rebate
- Administration Support including but not limited to coordinate monthly meeting /conference call, minutes taking, assist on annual joint SP/SCS RFP, and other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration/Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or equivalent is preferred
- At least 3-4 years, experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding industries is highly desired
- Comfortable in analysis work and able to report accurately on data
- Good team player who is keen to learn, having an interest to grow and develop in the Logistics industry
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel & Access
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage
