Job Description
Main Objective:
1. Develop digital marketing strategy and plan for diptyque/Byredo
2. Manage brand communication across multi-platform
3. Manage marketing campaign
4. Manage E-com and aided tools
5. Manage WeChat based Social CRM
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish brand digital marketing strategy and plan; oversee digital function daily work, including retainer and campaign basis with full scale throughout the year
- Manage the digital budgets and ensure efficiency and effectiveness of spend, tracking the result and conversion of the digital marketing cost
- Develop strategic digital recommendations to unlock the brand crusade, and address brand consideration imagery statements and build advocacy with TA
- Establish brand e-com based strategic plan of SEO/SEM, include but not limited to search engine/BBS/Q&A platform/LBS APP
- Establish social CRM program terms and mechanism landing the WeChat one- centralized eco-system, drive CRM activities to achieve both traffic and sales to contribute to online and offline business
- Oversee the management of digital infrastructure and liaise with key contacts from the agency and IT team to ensure solid technical foundations
- Stimulate global team to develop most innovative and relevant contents source to achieve brand communication on China online marketing include E-com and social media
- collaborate with agencies and vendor partners, evaluate emerging technologies and new trend, provide thought and perspective for social media listening and digital implementation adoption where appropriate
Qualification & Requirement:
- working experience of managing luxury beauty brands digital marketing, e-com and social CRM, especially for new or niche brand to enter China market;
- Fluent in English to closely contact with brand global team or oversea 3rd party partner & vendors
