1. Annual communication plan developing and delivering
- Takes part in decision making on Communication matters based on external / internal requests and inquiry, business processes and strategy at national level.
- Develops annual communication strategy and plan that match with business operations, drive active corporate image and reputation, and to create a favorable internal/external environment for company operation.
- Monitors annual plan and provide business implications
- Budget management
2. Consolidate communication materials
- Develops on holistic communication execution plan following the set company strategy. Reviews and follow up on progress of annual plan and budget quarterly, proposes for necessary fine-tuning to be aligned with strategy.
- Provides corporate insights and propose holistic communications directions derived from analysis reports (media monitoring, PR initiatives, industrial and competitor case study etc.)
- Consolidates documents and materials to support the development of company positioning strategy. Develops communication guidelines.
- Oversee production of external and internal communication materials to a target audience, including the use of social-and multi-media.
3. Issue management
- Proactively identifies emerging trends that could risk company business or reputation, and develops mitigation plans accordingly
- Handle crisis situation in related to media (traditional and social), safeguard the Company’s corporate image and reputation
4. CSR projects planning and execution
- Develop, plan, organize, monitor and coordinate CSR activities, based on the needs of corporate brand and value, coordinate with internal and external parties and according to guidelines of Heineken Group.
5. Coordinate internal communication and drive employee engagement
- Co-work with HR to lead internal communication campaigns related to corporate value and drive employee engagement and support EVP projects
6. Management on internal & external resources
- Provides guidance, coaching, and motivation to managers or professionals
- Coordinates with and assign tasks to external advisors (agencies, consultants, etc.), monitors their progress and conducts periodic reviews
7. Timely deliver satisfactory results
- Performs other special tasks / projects as assigned by line manager
任职资格:
1. Bachelor or Master degree(s). Dual/ joint-degree or overseas education is a plus; Major in public relations, communication, journalism, art or other related majors
2. 5+ years of experience in related field, in-house experience in FMCG or retailing; alcohol/ food industry is recommended
3. Strong communication skills both written and verbal in Mandarin Chinese and English
4. With the ability to interact with a broad range of personalities and backgrounds
5. Skill as a liaison with cross functions, vendors, and staff members and effectively communicating their ideas, messages or instincts
6. Being capable to handle multiple tasks concurrently
7. Be able to work under pressure with sense of urgency in implementing projects and achieving results
8. Working experience in media or PR agency is a plus
9. Rich experience in working with media and/or KOL, institutions
10. Ability to apply strategic and analytical thinking skills with communicating complex information to the public and visualize items for consistency, accuracy, and style and develop innovative information material
11. Skill in mentoring less experienced staff and effectively distributing work assignments
12. Strong strategic-thinking capability; be able to possess implementation and problem-solving skills as well as interpersonal skills
