Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage Digital Solutions China internal events and communications including leadership meetings, town halls and etc.
• Organize and manage external events and communications including commercial, China leadership and global team interactions and promoting Digital Solutions China within Thermo Fisher.
• Draft and edit contents for executive communications, including executive video messages, organization announcements, yammer posts, speeches, slide presentations and etc.
• Partner with HR team and other key functions/business stakeholders to manage change communications.
• Develop contents on digital transformation strategy or cross-functional communication projects, such as business wins, digital capability videos, and etc.
• Develop and manage creative employee communications projects to drive digital transformation awareness, and culture changes around China.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above, preferably in journalism and communications.
• Strong English and Chinese writing skills, have a proven track record in writing for business or press.
• Excellent English proficiency (eg. IELTS 7.5+ or TOEFL 102+)
• At least 5 years of experience in corporate/business communications or journalism
• Strong Microsoft PPT skills, good level of visual design and video editing skills.
• Strong experience in managing social media as a communication channel.
• Detailed-minded, can-do attitude, quick learner
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player
• Willing to learn product/technology/market knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education in English-speaking countries is preferred.
• Journalism background in English newspaper is preferred
• Native English speaker
