Your mission
The Communication Specialist is responsible to deliver best-in-class internal and external communications to ensure that Atlas Copco Taiwan becomes and remains First in Mind - First in Choice®. The primary responsibility of this role is to protect and strengthen the Atlas Copco brand by ensuring brand compliance and appreciation by all stakeholders. Through strategic online marketing and communications campaigns, he/she will improve the company’s digital footprint within the Taiwanese market. By working closely with various teams, he/she will ensure that all marketing and communications strategies are implemented successfully, and coordinate and execute tradeshows and other events/activities promoting Atlas Copco products and services.
The role
- Ensure that all internal communications (i.e. event announcements, company news, training material) and external communications (i.e. promotional material, leaflets, customer facing emails) are produced to the highest quality, in line with the Atlas Copco branding guidelines.
- Lead and coordinate marketing projects (events, campaigns, customer days and exhibitions) from start to finish (plan, budget, production, followup).
- Initiate, produce, publish and followup of compelling content across digital and non-digital channels, both internally and externally. The content includes, but is not limited to: articles, videos, animations, press material and web pages.
- Set up web and social media strategies, produce content and make sure it is spread to all relevant stakeholders. Ensure these are coordinated to maximize Search Engine Optimization.
- Work actively with other traditional media outlets to achieve positive and growing brand awareness.
- Act as Champion for the Customer Relationship Management (C4C) and the Customer Experience Management (NPS) systems.
Skills and experience
Minimum 3 years of related work experience, preferably within the marketing or communications fields. Experience with multinational companies is a plus.
Knowledge
- Knowledge in electronic media, digital marketing and print production.
- Highly proficient in Chinese and English languages, written and oral.
- Excellent communication skills, including writing and proofreading
- Skilled with software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator), other graphic design or publishing software is an advantage.

Educational requirements
University degree, preferably in marketing, media or communications.
