In your new role, you will: Develop promotion and communication concepts for strategic P&O products, e.g., #NextWork or #NewWork e.g., communication campaigns and internal articles Develop and implement a social media strategy for the #FutureOfWork topics incl. building up an ambassador community Conduct community management of various internal channels, e.g. “#FutureOfWork” or #NextWork community as well as further development of internal #FuturOfWork webpage as a source of information Create, publish and manage #FutureOfWork content (internal and external) in coordination with the P&O IE Management Workstream Team. Furthermore, you will provide communications support to the P&O IE Management, primarily focusing on #FutureOfWork (executive positioning, events and initiatives). Take the lead organizing internal & external events such as “#NextWork Convention”, #FutureOfWork Ecosystem challenge series, HR Start-up Award and various congresses Prepare management briefings for top management What you need to make real what matters.
