Experience & knowledge

•  Recent experience working and leading in a multichannel/media environment

About the job

As a communication leader your assignment is to stimulate home furnishing interest and to secure a strong brand and competitive position in the Delft Primary Market Area (PMA) You define and develop examples of common communication solutions for defined strategic messages. You will take on different projects according to the current need and direction of the IKEA Delft store.

About the Assignment

As a communication leader your responsibilities include:

• Lead the creation and development of internal and external communication and media solutions for defined strategic initiatives (e.g. Good employer, good neighbour, home furnishing company, sustainability, low price)
•  Strategically contribute to a simple, consistent and strong plan for IKEA communication every year, supporting the IKEA business plan and calendar
•  Enable integration of communication, media solutions, commercial activities and community engagement rooted in the IKEA visual identity and IKEA range
•  Safeguard the IKEA Brand and success
•  Ensure constant business improvement by capturing learnings and initiating actions
•  Lead traffic to the customer meeting points through external communication and events
•  Support business success by following up on the performance of communication solutions

The salary offered for this role is between € 3000,- and € 4400,- gross a month based on full-time employment. We are looking for someone to start a.s.a.p, but can take a notice period in account.
