What your day-to-day will look like: You will be crafting business related content that aligns with our communications strategy as well as help coordinate and update our communications tools and resources. In addition, you will be supporting our event logistics across North America. More specifically, you will: Serve as a communications coordinator that keeps the team coordinated, handling tools such as Microsoft planner as well as various platforms (SMO Connect, PO Managing tool, etc.) Prioritize and lead events logistics across North America Supervise internal and external communications inboxes and draft appropriate responses Draft business unit content for web, social, and marketing content as well as internal newsletter content. Post content to employee intranet, app, and site eTVs. Work across time zones to work with business unit and communications colleagues on projects and deliverables Continuously bring new communications ideas that better the organization.
