What will you do? As a Communications Coordinator, you possess a combination of business and technical skills to help support digitalization in the Smart Infrastructure business. Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager for Smart Infrastructure, you will support a wide array of communications activities including: Researching and writing internal communications, including organizational announcements, employee newsletters and sales highlights Working with internal stakeholders to write content for website updates, press releases, social content, collateral, and video scripts Supporting with event management and planning for internal and external events, as well as developing executive speaking notes Work closely with external vendors for developing creative assets Work with internal business stakeholders and technical experts, as well as external stakeholders Participate in special projects based on business requirements What will you need to succeed? Certificate/Degree in Marketing and Communications would be considered an asset Demonstrable experience planning and creating marketing content in various mediums including print, web, and social Experience in event planning and management, including virtual and in-person events Excellent written and verbal communications skills Great passion and aptitude for the convergence of marketing and communications with technology Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, social media platforms and working knowledge of web analytics tools Bilingual is an asset Excellent project management and time management skills Strong problem solving and analytical skills with high attention to details Ability to adapt to change, take initiative, be resourceful and dependable Must be able to work independently and in a confidential and ethical manner Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks A terrific team player willing to step in and help About us.
