Job Description
Communications Intern This is a twelve (12) month training programme to become a Communications Professional: What are the responsibilities for the role? (What does the Communications programme involve?) Create and produce internal communication for the organization. Prepare presentations and reports Provide administrative support to programs and internal teams Support with event activities Book and manage congresses Organizing facilities and details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc. Support CSR activities Ensure compliance with company policies, legal, health and safety obligations Conduct pre- and post – event evaluations and report on outcomes Processing of PRs Maintaining cost reporting Ad hoc tasks within the team Through exposure and training on: Events management Internal communication Including development and training on: Interpersonal & communication skills Organizational & management skills Who do I need to qualify? Completed or doing final year in Marketing, Events or Communications. High performer Independent thinker with a creative flair Strong verbal and written communication skills High level of attention to detail Excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks at once Strong personality Physical fit to carry boxes when required Experience on Microsoft Teams and One Note is advantageous Own transport is also advantageous Organization: Siemens Healthineers Company: Siemens Healthcare Proprietary Limited Experience Level: Recent College Graduate Full / Part time: Full-time
