In form of a temporary parental leave replacement for 24 months, we are looking for a "Communications Lead (f/m/d) Region North East Europe" whose position consists of three areas of responsibility. What do you contribute? On the one hand, you will be responsible for the overall coordination of internal and external communications for the North-East Europe region, which includes Switzerland, Austria - but also the Nordic countries and countries in Eastern Europe and Israel. You will be part of the region's management team and will be the first point of contact and will act as a consultant on all communications issues. Within your extensive area of responsibility, you will be responsible for personnel and te communication budget, create a communications strategy, and ensure successful external and internal CEO positioning - especially on social media platforms. You will provide content and organizational support for trade fairs and industry events: The focus will be particularly on communications planning for the upcoming InnoTrans trade fair, with close involvement of management and sales units. Next to this, you will also create video scripts, presentations, speeches and interview messages for top management and prepare crisis communications, for example, which are coordinated between the countries, the press department and corporate headquarters. On the other hand, you will act as Communications Business Partner (f/m/d) to the Head of the Siemens Mobility Organization Germany. The head of these German business units is also the CEO of the Northeast Europe region. In doing so, you will manage strategic communications, coordinating closely with the communications managers of the central business units of Siemens Mobility. Also, you will be responsible for the editorial development of internal communications formats and their practical implementation. You will also design and implement an employer branding campaign. Next to this, you will also plan and execute customer events and sponsorships and provide support at trade fairs and congresses in Germany. Thirdly, you will work as a Communications Business Partner (f/m/d) for the countries Sweden, Finland and the Baltic States and support the management there in all aspects of corporate communications - from social media to crisis communications to trade fair appearances - in close cooperation with local colleagues. What do you bring along? You bring in a completed university degree (master's / diploma) in communications, media or social sciences, business administration or comparable. You also have many years of sound professional experience in corporate communications in a management position, ideally in B2B marketing in a technical environment. Next to this, you know what leadership communication is all about and you are an expert (f/m/d) within the field of internal and external communication. You are proficient in using relevant social media platforms and have also used them successfully in a B2B environment. You also have extensive expertise in event and congress management. Experience in the mobility sector and/or service business is an advantage. Fluent, written and oral German and English skills round off your profile. What do we offer you?
