Develop and implement company external and internal communication projects in alignment with company vision and strategy

Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the role to be achieved )

? Support line manger to develop and implement company external and internal communica-tion projects according to company strategy and objectives

? Support line manager to drive effective internal communications, such as newsletters, mass emails, intranet, internal events etc

? Support line manager to develop and maintain in/external company digital multi-channel (official website / Intranet SharePoint / Internal Communication Public Mail Group / WeChat Internal Public Accounts etc,.) to deliver updated and consistent information to ex-ternal audiences

? Support line manger to promote and protect Sandoz company branding through company introduction materials and ongoing PR activities

? Leverage communicators in Novartis Group, Sandoz Global, Novartis China and other x-divisions to localize campaigns, cascade group or global messages, and build One Novartis.

Background (State the required education, experience level, and competency profile)

Education : Bachelor Degree (prefer majoring in Journalism/ Communication/PR/English )

Languages: Excellent English, both in spoken and written. CET-6 / TEM-4 or above

Experience: At least 3 years’ experience above within communication/PR of MNC company

Good Microsoft office skill
