About The Role:
This is a key role within the Communications and Change Management workstream of a global transformation programme.
This an ongoing multi-year programme to transform and automate end-to-end processes across the RWS business, globally. Managing and embedding change is key to ensuring that stakeholders across the organization remain engaged and support the programme team in driving towards the desired business goals.
This role will support the Change and Communications Manager in coordinating and driving change-enabling activities, working with senior sponsors and employees to drive adoption of new ways of working.
Responsibilities:
Communications
* Information gathering in order to craft user-facing communications in plain English
* Content creation for various channels including, but not limited to:
- Internal and external e-mails for a variety of audiences
- Customer mailboxes providing end-user support
- SharePoint sites
- Internal social channels (e.g. Yammer)
- Live presentations to various stakeholder groups
* Supporting management of the Change Community
- Preparation of Change Community session materials
- Engagement with stakeholder teams
Change
* Development of training materials in various formats including, but not limited to:
- User Guides
- System documentation
- Video content
- FAQs
* Support delivery of live training sessions
* Production and co-ordination of engagement surveys
* Preparation of metrics; user engagement and adoption
Skills & Experience:
Essential
* Excellent written and oral communication skills; confident presenter with a high standard of written English and keen attention to detail
* Resourceful and imaginative; a fast learner, confident learning to navigate new systems and tools
* A strong team-player; able to build good working relationships at all levels
* Strong time management skills; able to adapt and perform well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Desirable:
* Familiarity with design and/or video editing software e.g. Camtasia/ VideoScribe
* Understanding of project management approaches and the phases of the project lifecycle
* Understanding of agile methodology
* Change Management or Project management qualification
* Knowledge of SharePoint, Jira and Confluence
