Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of professionals to plan and organize co-working projects/events
  • As a first point of contact of the clients for members, visitors and potential clients
  • Develop relationships with members and proactively understand their needs
  • Responsible for the daily operations as well as ac-hoc tasks/duties assigned by the community manager
  • Coordinate with various community initiatives and external channels to ensure the clients' requests are handled in a professionally way
  • Provide Events and Community Management
  • Monitor the working procedures or workflow on a daily basis
  • Balance customer's expectation and maintain superior service level

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to handle and priorities multiple tasks in an organized manner
  • Attention to detail and plenty of initiative
  • Candidate with hospitality background are highly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and detail minded
  • Cheerful personality and positive working attitude
  • Passionate in communicating with different background people
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
