About The Role:
Helps to ensure that the Forum is kept in order by monitoring user activity and flagged items.

Responsibilities: 

  • Review posts that enter as flagged by the system or by a user or moderator.
  • Delete inappropriate posts when and if necessary.
  • Report posts that are in direct violation of the Site's Terms & Conditions.            
  • Keep Lists of posts with certain specific content if asked by the client.            
  • Participate in Calibration Meetings and Trainings as required.            
  • Keep track of Problem users.
  • Resolve posts under required time (5 or 10 minutes depending on the Community).                
  • Keep Quality Review results to more than 95%.                    
  • Help train new Community Moderators.                    
  • Keep the Client and their superior updated as regards changes in the Site, problem user behavior, application issues, internet outage and so on.                    

 

Requirements:

  • Above college degree.            
  • English 5 Intermediate - both spoken and written.    
  • Advanced - 8 in Target language of the Community (English).    
  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows operating system (alternatively Mac, Linux).
  • Advanced user knowledge of typical PC applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Building of Trust.
  • Individual Responsibility. Able to work moderating on their own without help of other moderators.                    
  • Focus on Solution and Effectivity.                    
  • Punctuality.                     
  • Focus on Quality, Detail Oriented.                    
  • Team player.    
  • Self-organized.
