• Key Responsibilities:
• Be an one-stop community strategy boutique, able to define, plan, and iron out community strategies across the global market, ensuring its consistency with Tencent Games global strategy.
• Devise plans, clear goals, and strategies around specific areas of community management: social media, influencer management, content strategy and more.
• Establish a strong working relationship with the development and marketing teams within Tencent to optimize synergies and efficiencies.
• Working closely with and supporting User Acquisition, Design, and Marketing teams to align with their strategy and become more efficient with delivering value to all game teams.
• Ensuring strong and regular communication to all internal teams with clear updates on a consistent basis.
• Plan and organize workload across the team, giving regular synchronization of information and clearly defining next steps of strategy creation.
• Analyze and deliver insightful reports in regards to competitor activity, growth, monitoring, and learnings that can be extracted from each one of them, and be applicable to Tencent products in the shortest period possible.

• Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• 2 years’ experience with strong and demonstrable track record within games, technology or entertainment industry.
• Strong relationships with partners, agencies and other third-party companies.
• Excellent written skills, including internal communication and presentation skills.
• Team player with outstanding communication skills. Comfortable with handling ambiguity and collaborate across different functional teams and departments.
• Have an entrepreneurial spirit and be self-starter, including the ability to work independently and autonomously.
• Ability to consistently deliver quality results under pressure, working and influencing decisions of various stakeholders.
• Ability to travel as needed and required by the company to accomplish certain goals set in those plans.
