Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with Talent Acquisition and Corporate Brand Marketing to ensure the culture message that is promoted and shared internally is consistently and appropriately shared externally. Includes educating all who recruit;
2. Support and promote the company's culture, values and vision, be a cultural ambassador for ByteDance, adapt messaging as appropriate to resonate with the different cultures of employees globally;
3. Build and reinforce lasting relationships with employees to support employees' success;
4. Lead cross-team efforts to have employees embody company values through assessment, training and reinforcement through current processes and operations;
5. Drive inclusive and collaborative culture of the organization with close partnership with internal communication;
6. Develop and execute global employer branding strategy.Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote ByteDance as a great place to work that authentically communicates our unique culture;
7. Stay abreast of employer branding best practices and tools; implementing new ideas as appropriate for ByteDance;
8. Leverage opportunities to engage employees in employment branding efforts. Evaluate metrics, report on campaign results and determine ROI;
9. Collaborate with Marketing and PR to produce engaging content to share via a variety of channels, including website and blog features, photos, videos, print collateral, and communication templates;
10. Build and execute the social recruiting strategy. Includes identifying appropriate social media platforms, objectives, and content to build a best-in-class strategy. Make social posts and respond accordingly as well as measure success.
职位要求:
1. 2 year minimum MKT/PR/HR Generalist experience;
2. Proven experience managing complex marketing operations processes (promotional material review, brand planning, market research, etc.);
3. Experience developing targeted marketing campaigns and ability to develop appropriate collateral materials to be used in branding campaigns;
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to self-motivate and work independently;
5. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Able to thrive and prioritize in a constantly changing environment;
6. Ability to travel as required.
