Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To assist with the full range of corporate secretarial matters for both listed and private companies
- Assist in preparing announcements, circulars, interim and annual reports
- Assist in preparing minutes and organizing meetings
- Secretarial support, routine office administration and any other ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Student member of ICSA/HKICS is preferred
- Bachelor Degree in business studies or related disciplines
- 1 year’s solid experience in company secretarial work would be an advantage. Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Energetic, efficient, motivated and detail-oriented team player
- Proficiency in PC applications including Chinese word-processing; Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese)
Candidates with less experience and qualification will be considered for the position of company secretarial clerk.
