Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To assist with the full range of corporate secretarial matters for both listed and private companies
  • Assist in preparing announcements, circulars, interim and annual reports
  • Assist in preparing minutes and organizing meetings
  • Secretarial support, routine office administration and any other ad hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Student member of ICSA/HKICS is preferred
  • Bachelor Degree in business studies or related disciplines
  • 1 year’s solid experience in company secretarial work would be an advantage. Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Energetic, efficient, motivated and detail-oriented team player
  • Proficiency in PC applications including Chinese word-processing; Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese)

Candidates with less experience and qualification will be considered for the position of company secretarial clerk.
