Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling full spectrum of company secretarial duties to the Company and its subsidiaries
  • Assist in preparation of annual/interim reports, announcement, circulars, board paper, board minutes and resolutions, and organize board and shareholders’ meetings
  • Maintaining and updating statutory records
  • Participate in ad hoc projects

Job Requirements: 

  • Diploma holder or above and student member of HKICS/ICSA
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience in listed companies
  • Knowledge of the Listing Rules, Companies Ordinance and other statutory compliances and regulations
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is preferable)
  • Self motivated, well-organised and detailed-minded with strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficiency in MS office applications with Chinese word processing
  • Knowledge in CSA will be an advantage
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
