Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling full spectrum of company secretarial duties to the Company and its subsidiaries
- Assist in preparation of annual/interim reports, announcement, circulars, board paper, board minutes and resolutions, and organize board and shareholders’ meetings
- Maintaining and updating statutory records
- Participate in ad hoc projects
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above and student member of HKICS/ICSA
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience in listed companies
- Knowledge of the Listing Rules, Companies Ordinance and other statutory compliances and regulations
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is preferable)
- Self motivated, well-organised and detailed-minded with strong sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in MS office applications with Chinese word processing
- Knowledge in CSA will be an advantage
- Immediate available is highly preferred
