Job Description
Position Description:

• Handle full range of company secretarial and compliance duties for the
listed company and its subsidiaries in Hong Kong and other jurisdictions
• Assist in the preparation of interim/annual reports, announcements and
circulars
• Assist in organizing and preparing relevant documents for board, board
committees and shareholders meetings
• Co-ordinate with internal departments, external advisers and agents to
complete corporate exercise
• Monitor changes in relevant rules, regulations and corporate governance
standard and make suggestion to management
• Assist in the handling ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned from time to
time

Position Requirements:

• Degree holder and Associate member of HKICS
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant company secretarial experience preferably in
listed companies / sizeable professional firms
• Professional knowledge in company secretarial practice and sound knowledge
in the Companies Ordinance, Listing Rules and other compliance regulations
• Independent in handling company secretarial matters for a portfolio of HK
and overseas companies
• Independent, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Chinese word processing and CSA
/ Viewpoint / Blueprint
