Eaton’s Corporate Sector is currently seeking a Compensation Analyst – HR Services to join our team. This position is based at our Beachwood, OH location. Position Overview: The Compensation Analyst is responsible for executing on customer requests in a timely manner related to compensation offers, promotions and wage analyses -- leveraging tools, guidelines and standards established by the corporate compensation Center of Expertise. You will provide a superior customer experience by: engaging with clients, setting expectations, and following through on requests within established service level and quality standards and timeframes. In this function you will: Provide sound analysis related to compensation matters for our clients to ensure a consistent approach. Analyze large data sets to identify trends and make appropriate compensation recommendations for both internal and external equity. Execute job offer proposals and internal comparator analysis to support compensation decisions, using market data as needed. Ensure that positions are appropriately coded using a variety of compensation survey sources and HAY methodology, and provide expert guidance as needed. Provide guidance to supported sites on local wage structures, using internal and external survey data. Support the immigration process, working in conjunction with our outside vendor, to ensure timely completion of all forms and submissions. Participate in continuous improvement activities. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution 2 years of work experience in Human Resources, compensation, or finance No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Beachwood, OH will be considered.
