Job Overview
The CASE Compensation Analyst works closely with CASE Recruiting, Employee Relations Specialist, Management, and Compensation/Organization team members to support CASE related compensation and organization topics. This position impacts DTNA compensation and organizational design, and will work to ensure DTNA's compensation and organization programs remain competitive and fair.
 
Responsibilities
- Provide analytical support in the development, administration, and implementation of DTNAs compensation and organization programs.

- Determine and make compensation recommendations to management and HR staff pertaining to hiring, promotions and other wage adjustments.

- Interpret policies and provide advice to HR Representatives and Managers on issues related to compensation and organization.

- Discuss positions with HR Reps and Managers to determine best organizational structure.

- Review and approve job descriptions; suggest updates or changes as needed.

- Provide ad-hoc analysis and make recommendations based on information available.

- Participate in the analysis, data submission, recommendation, and packaging of industry-wide salary surveys.

- Ensure adherence to DTNA policies and processes.

- Other duties and projects as requested. 

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college with 3+ years of related experience required

- An attached resume is required

- Prior HR experience preferred


- Ability to handle highly sensitive information in a confidential manner required


- Excellent written and verbal communication required


- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency required

- Certified Compensation Professional or member of Society of Human

- Resources Management certification preferred


- Advanced statistical analysis preferred


- Knowledge of fundamental compensation concepts and HR practices, specifically around technology positions preferred


- Prior experience with HRIS preferred


- Experience working on cross-functional projects preferred
