Job Description

Compensation and Benefits Administration
- Support supervisor to ensure the rationality of C&B strategy
- Responsible for annual salary survey with consulting firms
- Lead annual salary review process and other C&B related tasks
- Responsible for consolidation and analysis of C&B reports
- Responsible for payroll operation and related administration tasks
- Manage monthly social insurance and housing fund execution and annual adjustment
- Support to design benefits management principle and standard
- Organize regular review of service result and deliver status of benefits programs
- Ensure program implementation on time
- Prepare compensation & benefit program review reports
- Provide communication and consultancy to HR BP team and daily cooperation to deliver professional solution
- Suppot budget planning and tracking
IIT related topics management
- Support monthly IIT declaration process (collect, summarize & submit the overall data information of IIT payment voucher & uploaded information via taxation bureau system
- Executive IIT refund and regular IIT refund process
- Communicate annual IIT settlement and monitor individual IIT settlement process
HR Compliance, Internal Control and Risk Management
- Coordinate HR compliance related activities
- Responsible for HR compliance self-assessment and policy updates communication
- Provide professional solution/consultancy to HR or employees
- Responsible for MOA review
- Responsible for risk management tasks in HR, e.g. anti-trust, ICS tasks
- Support internal auditing activities, and follow up related remediation plan
- Regular review HR policy and process implementation status in HR
Policy and Process Management
- Ensure C&B policies and guidelines in line with DTAG policy, Government regulations
- Ensure policies and guidelines implementation on time
- Ensure internal consistency of policy, process and guideline
Vendor Management
- Take the lead to manage vendors to ensure all the service meet SLA’s requirements and internal standard requirements
- Maintain daily communication, facilitate consultation and request between HR and employees with service providers
- Conduct payment process
Compensation and Benefits Projects
- Keep high attention to market trend and analyze the feasibility
- Lead and management compensation and benefits projects, responsible for task allocation, resource management, team management
- Responsible for the ongoing projects, follow up and track the result
- Project design, on-goding management, output review and evaluation
Standard Documentation of HR related policies, templates, procedures
- De sign documentation principle, standard and templates
- Ensure transperancy of standard, communication of documentation concept and drive standardization cooperating with stakeholders
Other Tasks
- Support HR team by demand
- Provide C&B info support to HR colleagues of JVs, BUs and project when needed
