Job Description
Main purpose of role:

To support the Compensation and Benefits Manager in providing professional compensation and benefit services to internationally mobile staff, senior Executives and Group operating companies.


Key responsibilities:

To ensure that compensation and benefits standards comply with company policies and other regulations.
To co-ordinate with HR and Finance team to ensure consistent delivery of remuneration of internationally mobile staff.
To assist with the review and administration of allowances for internationally mobile staff.
To participate in market salary surveys.
To support in the preparation for Remuneration Committee meetings for the four public companies of the group.
To research compensation and benefits practices in HK and in other overseas locations.


Requirements:

University degree, preferably related to Human Resources Management, Accounting and/or Finance
At least 2 years’ relevant experience in a related field.
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communications skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
