We are looking for a Global Compensation Program Manager who will partner alongside the Global Compensation team to deliver critical projects within the Total Rewards team. This role will focus on strategic planning, program management, analytics, process excellence, and technology optimization.

Role & Responsibilities

  • In this role you’ll help drive improvements, automation, and success across our compensation programs on a global scale including base pay, cash bonus plans, and equity programs. 
  • You’ll support our team’s success by leading initiatives in the areas of reporting and analytics, technology optimization, dashboard design, and process improvement
  • You’ll partner with the Global Compensation team to challenge existing processes and tools, ensuring ongoing process and product improvement.
  • You’ll help make strategic improvements to our programs by synthesizing insights from both data analysis and communication with key stakeholders.
  • You’ll have great project management skills that will help us execute effectively.
  • You’ll have an analytical mindset and the ability to manage large, complex data sets.
  • You’ll stay organized, work on multiple things at once, balancing and prioritizing current needs along with future / bigger picture needs, etc.
  • You’ll have excellent problem solving skill set with a focus on process improvement, efficiency, and the ability to find and execute creative solutions
  • You’ll have excellent communication, relationship and client management skills, with the ability to manage many stakeholders and influence / drive decision making. 

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent
  • You have 10-12 years of experience in global compensation program design and delivery
  • You have strong analytical, spreadsheet modeling, and data visualization skills 
  • You have strong project management skills and the ability to partner, collaborate and influence across functional areas
  • You have experience implementing process and systems
  • You are a scrappy, motivated team player who can deal with ambiguity
  • You have good judgment and can balance business strategy, organizational context and data in driving toward solutions

The starting base pay for this role is between $155,000 and $195,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: education, experience, and skills. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
