Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of Payroll and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) administration including MPF/ORSO, leave, employee compensation, medical and insurance etc
  • Prepare analytics and projections on payroll and benefits costs
  • Prepare payroll related data for cost allocation and tracking
  • Ensure compliance with the organization Human Resources policies & procedures, and regulations
  • Assist the management in the preparation and roll-out of new benefits programs
  • A key player to assist in the implementation and roll-out of ERP system on all HR aspects
  • Assist in ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices
  • Prepare various HR reports and support audit process

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources, of which 3 years solid C&B role
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Hands on with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR system, sound proficiency in ERP on HR modules
  • Well versed and keep abreast with HK Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
  • Resilient, strong sense of responsibility, meticulous, accurate, well-organized, independent and a fast learner
  • Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
