About The Role:
We are looking for a new colleague to join our HR Team as our Compensation and Reporting Specialist. A major part of your role will be analyzing compensation data within the organization, preparation of monthly global and local reports and processing ad hoc reports.
Responsibilities:
- Have accountability for the provision of data, MI reporting and dashboards, using the HR system and associated analytical tools.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting to HR and the wider business.
- Drive value through analyzing and evaluating data and reports, providing data insights.
- Assist with the annual salary increase and bonus payment processes.
- Take ownership of salary survey submissions.
- Research and analyze external market data on compensation trends and best practice approaches in the market.
- Support in the development and maintenance of pay ranges.
- Work in partnership with the C&R team in the design, implementation and roll out of effective compensation programs.
- Collaborate with local HR colleagues to ensure compensation practices and compliance are taken into consideration.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure compensation programs are effectively communicated to employees.
- Participate in compensation projects as needed.
Requirements:
- HR professional – ideally from C&R
- Expert in data analysis and report generation
- Understanding of how compensation and reporting works in big, international companies
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Advanced English – both oral and written
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Visual Basic (nice to have)
