How you will make an impact?


Responsible for the coordination of customer complaints for the entire Logan site based on complaint risk. The coordinator will assign complaints to the Quality Engineering team. Also, the oversight of customer returns of complaint samples.

This position requires following cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and working in a fast-paced team environment.

What will you do?

  • Responsible for day-to-day complaint coordination
  • Assign customer complaints to Quality Engineers
  • Receive initial complaint from Customer Service and ensure all information/data is accurately captured
  • Performs intake / follow up / data entry activities and attaches corresponding source documents in a timely manner per requirements.
  • Oversee the return of customer complaint samples.
  • Compile data to team of actions that are coming due.
  • General complaint trending and reporting.
  • Duties as assigned.


How you will get there?

Education

  • High School diploma or GED

Experience

  • 2+ years of data entry experience
  • Experience with handling customer complaints
  • Direct experience of working in ISO 13485 and 21CFR820 environment
  • TrackWise experience is preferred

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Analytical, problem solving, and teamwork skills are required.
  • Experience prioritizing conflicting demands
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication, written and presentation skills. Proficient with Microsoft tools; Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams
