POSITION PURPOSE
The
Complex Director of Marketing is part of an important team that creates and
executes property-level communications to our customers. Under the leadership
of the Complex General Manager, this role promotes on-brand messaging to
customers through traditional, digital, and social media channels all with the
aim of increasing awareness for the hotels. This role builds and executes
direct marketing plans, targeted campaigns, and activated channels to the end
of driving consumer awareness and preference, increasing market share, and
building broader portfolio and brand awareness.
This
role focuses on showcasing promotions, both to hotel guests and to local
patrons.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
•Ensure
full
compliance with all Marriott International standards & programs
•Plans
and
executes annual marketing
plan
in tandem with the Director of Sales and Director of Revenue Management
to ensure alignment with the hotels overall strategy.
•Plans
and executes anual marketing Budget in collaboration with the Director of Sales and Director of
PR.
•Partners
with
property Revenue Management to verify correct offer loading, verifying
advertisement targeting is correctly directed at relevant consumer groups
•Ensure
full
adherence to brand standards for each individual hotel
•Drives
brand activation and ensures the brand experience comes alive through the hotel
messaging and guest experience with the support of the hotel Operations team.
•Partners
with Operations, Food & Beverage and Sales teams to execute promotions and
campaigns to target in-house guests with promotions that drive incremental
revenue to the hotel
•Plans
digital advertising campaigns with the support of the Marriott Digital Hub
•
Verifies all online and offline advertising for the hotel in digital channels
is in alignment with brand voice
•Responsible
for the hotel’s social media channels and content creation aligning with
hotel’s positioning
•Develops
and executes promotions campaign in F&B, weddings, spa, rooms and
conferences through relevant offline and online collaterals.
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND
ABILITIES
- Bachelor's degree
in Marketing
- 2 years experience in the sales, marketing,
digital or related professional area; hospitality marketing or digital
advertising agency experience preferred

Fluent communication
skills in Spanish
and English
language
(orally and in writing)
German is a plus
Grooming:
