Key Responsibilities:

• Handle SFC licensing matters
• Liaise with SFC officers and our clients
• Assist in ongoing compliance support service (e.g. answering enquiry, providing compliance advice) to ensure our clients are complied with regulations
• Draft and review policies & procedures
• Participate and assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Law, Business, Accounting, Finance or other related discipline
•  At least 3 years relevant work experience in compliance consulting firms or acted as Compliance Officer in securities and futures companies
• Familiar with Company Ordinances, Securities and Futures Ordinances (SFO) and other statutory and regulatory requirements on KYC, AML
• Excellent command of both written Chinese and English
• Fluent Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
• A good team player who is self-initiative, energetic, responsible and has entrepreneurial spirit
