The Compliance Program Enablement team (LC CO PE) supports this mission by translating legal requirements and corporate governance elements into practical and executable activities within the Siemens Compliance Management System. We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Compliance Data and Digitalization Expert to enable and drive the digitalization of our Compliance processes. Here’s what success looks like in our team. You will create a new concept and drive the piloting and implementation of a new 3rd Party Compliance Screening solution You will be part of a team building a new Siemens Compliance Third Party Management process, including global responsibility for the due diligence process and the IT applications used for this process You will work in different workstreams of the Compliance Digitization Project COMPASS and contribute to migrate the entire compliance tool landscape into a SaaS platform (incl. the implementation of "Data Pipelines") You will support the data analysis for the implementation of compliance controls In the group-wide SHERPA-X project, you will represent Compliance in the workstream "Leverage Data" and address the necessary compliance requirements therein You will provide know-how to all ongoing LC CO digitization projects to ensure that they are in line with the company-wide data strategy You will champion for the use of data analytics and modern digitization methods on a compliance-wide basis You will be the owner of the Compliance Innovation & Portfolio Management Process & Platform What you need to make real what matters. You have completed a bachelor's degree, e.g., with a focus on business informatics, computer science, engineering, or business administration, and have extensive relevant long-term professional experience You have advanced knowledge of screening processes and their importance and can combine these with a conceptual approach with the needs of Siemens You ideally already have initial knowledge of project management and can lead a workstream within a digitalization project on your own responsibility You have initial experience in portfolio management and, ensure the improvement of functionalities and optimization of the Compliance Innovation & Portfolio Management process and platform You have knowledge in data strategy (creating systematic prerequisites to be able to use data efficiently), data analytics, dashboards, self-service ETL tools (e.g., Alteryx), data warehouses You have a good understanding of data and its use for Compliance processes You can communicate effectively in business-fluent English (verbal and written) and translate complex technical or regulatory topics into simple language that everyone can understand.
