Job Description

(A)Job Descriptions:

• Monitor licenses, permits and contracts conditions and produce reports/statistics to ensure full compliance
• Maintain a Compliance Inventory and coordinate with relevant parties for timely updating and/or renewal
• Conduct risk assessments and gap analysis for short-term and long-term issues and formulate solutions to meet compliance standards
• Lead the development and maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems
• Review staff statutory training needs and formulate training action plans to ensure staff competence
• Be the compliance adviser in company process improvement projects 

(B) Job Requirements:

• Good honours degree or above in environmental, safety or engineering discipline
• Knowledgeable in legal EOHS regulations
• At least 5 years working experience in industrial setting
• Registered Safety Officer or relevant competence would be an advantage
• Detailed orientated; independent and self-driven
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy in MS-Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Holder of valid First Aider certificate and driving licences would be an advantage
