Position Scope / Objectives:

• The role will take responsibility for doing product analysis for new items, inline items (production), valuable items and QC defect items or any other potential quality issues;
• Able to work closely with product compliance team to give technical support for product testing

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review all new products and prepare quality plans with regards to vendor selection, design review, pre-production pilot evaluations.
• Work with Merchandisers and vendors on all new developments to conduct evaluations and testing needed to confirm full compliance to all applicable mandatory standards and customer-specified requirements.
• Coordinate sample submissions for lab testing and Approved Sample selection.
• Conduct analysis of failures encountered during pre-production evaluations / inspections / end-use and follow-up corrective action implementation.

• University graduated or above
• At least 3 years’engineering working experiences at field
• Very familiar with safety and test standard for Europe and USA market
• Very familiar with configuration of product, working principle and production status, especial on E&E items
• Experience in working for a trading company environment, manufactory or the 3rd lab
• Good English on both of writing and reading and good oral English is preferable
• Good understanding for LEAN principles, FMEA, 5S, Ishikawa, 5 Whys...
• Strong coordination and communication ability, good team work and can analyze and solve problem independently
