職務說明
Identify regional sales and import regulations and requirements regarding Product compliance. Interpret legal requirements and standards for efficient execution of compliance.
Own and drive compliance requirements into products. Interface with project teams on a regular basis to ensure new designs will meet the requirements for global regions for both ITE and Radio equipment, which includes
- Compliance of products to International Standards (FCC, CE, RoHS Recast, UL, WEEE, REACH etc.)
- Compliance to export laws and regulations (Including Export Administration Regulations (EAR), localized Export Compliance) as they are needed by global Product sales.
Organize, execute compliance testing of products on production-level units in 3rd party compliance certification labs. Prepare technical files for agency submittal.
Assist and obtain environmental/materials compliance for products to ensure compliance to regulatory standards such as RoHS Recast, REACH, California Proposition 65, WEEE, Conflict Minerals, etc.
Engage with ODMs and CMs on compliance requirements and schedules.
Provide cross-functional guidance to draft the product-specific regulatory test requirements, monitor and update test status, and drive tests to completion.
Establish, track and research applicable regulatory requirements to demonstrate compliance for hardware products.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or other Technical degree required
5+ years of experience in a regulatory compliance engineering position
Experience with lab test equipment including receivers, spectrum analyzers, generators, amplifiers and antennas
Knowledge of standards and regional requirements is desired.
Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally, and in writing
Ability to perform regulatory EMC and radio compliance testing including, preliminary measurements within a GTEM Chamber.
