PRIMARY FUNCTION: The primary function of this position is to understand and process the activities associated with sustaining the product stewardship program. They will ensure that the product stewardship program meet with the multiple requirements, regulations, directives, and laws applied to the product(s) material’s chemistry. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Process and maintain IMDS and coordinate MSD submissions and status with customers for PPAP approvals. Actively support product stewardship regulations/directives/laws requests. Actively support vendors/suppliers with information related with product stewardship. Maintenance (updates) of local documentation, document control, procedures, document, and information search, etc. including training and execution. Actively participate in cross-functional regional product stewardship teams to assist in driving quality improvements, process improvements, business system enhancements and process standardization. Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) #LI-AR7 Qualifications SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Education and Skills required to meet position qualifications: BS on Chemistry (Preferred), or Engineering Degree Basic chemistry knowledge Self-Motivated individual who is organized and capable of collaborating with other engineering groups to achieve assigned projects and tasks Problem Solving ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Ability to work without direct authority Ability to work collaboratively across groups and diverse teams Ability to communicate with all levels of management, both internally and externally.
