Main Objective:

Ensure implementation of regional/country compliance policies in fields with Besins Healthcare compliance strategies and objectives under China Controller’s supervision.

Work with Finance Director on compliance review/supervision/training in daily promotional activities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide regular compliance training internally to employees and externally to suppliers/vendors/distributors.
• Make, review and update the compliance policy and procedures to make it the most effective and efficient.
• Do on-site monitoring / spot-checks of promotional programs in respective regions.
• Review and approve company activities.
• Identify, define and track compliance and regulatory environment in China and support company to avoid risks
• Prepare and review contracts
• Be responsible for off-shore tax issues, including documents filing.

• Minimum 4 years working experience in the area of compliance in MNCs, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or accounting firms (ideally forensic).
• Substantial/solid experience in the field of compliance & investigation.
• Strong communication skills, especially interaction skills with people.
• Strong written and verbal English, work experience in English speaking company, ability to report and communicate with local management and regional compliance department.
• Strong ethical “compass” and integrity.
• Ability to work under pressure and be adapt to new circumstances.
• Good computer skills, MS Office proficiency required.

• Legal or Finance background is preferred.
