? At least 5 years or more work experience in the field of compliance

? Knowledge of US major retailers’ compliance requirement, such as Walmart, Target, etc.

? Familiar with SMETA, BSCI, etc.

? Capable of providing vendor education and training to ensure that factory can continue to improve

? Knowledgeable with international labor policy e.g. working hours

? Knowledgeable with Environmental Sustainability

? Knowledgeable in C-TPAT policy, requirements and implementation

? Ability to identify high risks or potential issues in the facility

? Must be willing to domestic travel most of time, including international (Vietnam and other S. Asia as needed)

? Work closely with customers, vendors and 3rd party for audit application, CAP submission

? Summary and analyze issues so as to help factories well prepared and keep continuous improvement

? Participate customers’ compliance training and annual sessions and keep updating of their latest requests

? Well management of operation system on clients’ platform

? Oversee and monitors compliance status

Qualifications:

1. Excellent in English written and verbal communication

2. 4 years degree from university or its equivalent

3. Excellent in computer

4. Independent

5. Good leadership and reporting skill

6. Multi- cultural

7. Able to travel frequently

9. Training and any certificate related to compliance is a must
