Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting 2nd party factory compliance audits against Labor, Health, Safety and Environmental laws;
• Conducting factory assessment to identify risks and sustainable solutions;
• Facilitating training on supplier management and other CSR management projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in law, engineering, scientific or related fields;
• Minimum 5 years working experience in corporate social responsibilities or compliance auditing;
• Efficient communication and presentation skills;
• Good knowledge of China laws and regulations regarding Labor, Health, and Safety and Environment;
• Language ability: Fluent Mandarin & English both in writing and speaking;
• IT-skills: e-mail, MS world, Excel & PowerPoint;
• Be willing to travel frequently;
• OHSAS180001, ISO14001 or SA8000 Lead Auditor is preferable；
• Human Resource working background is an advantage;
• Training materials development and projects designing ability is preferable.
