Job Description

Purpose

Provide system support for the global compliance systems including Comprehensive Compliance Control (C3) to ensure adherence to global, regional and country compliance SOPs, government/local code, and legal requirements/controls related to interaction with Members of the Healthcare Community

Responsibilities

Maintain a thorough knowledge of relevant SOPs, policies and country code/law requirements to translate to system requirements
Identify opportunities for process simplification and automation to deliver compliance, financial and operational benefits
Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify trends and system enhancement opportunities
Interpret enhancement requests, develop innovative ideas and translate to system requirements to enhance system functionality
Key compliance contact for regional compliance system issues, improvements, integrations etc.
Conduct process mapping to stop, simplify, and automate workflows
Identify opportunities to integrate systems and applications to drive increased compliance, data efficiency/connectivity and assess cross-functional system integrations
Oversee and perform testing of system functionality for new applications and changes/ enhancements
Configure system changes within system maintenance tables
Utilize data to develop system reports that are easy to access and provide key inputs for decision makers
Develop and maintain training documents/QRGs in collaboration with WC&BE partners and provide system guidance/training to users
Oversee triage and resolution of C3 support tickets to determine nature of request and identify/assign the appropriate individual for resolution
Participate in special projects as assigned

Qualifications, skills and experience

Essential

  Master’s degree and 3 years of related experience or equivalent

  - OR -

  Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience or equivalent

Desirable

At least 3 years experience in pharma/ biotech business

At least 2 years compliance-related experience

Certification or experience in Salesforce

Experience or knowledge of C3, SAP, and Cvent

Knowledge of applicable SOPs, legal, and government/local codes and regulations
