Our client is an European manufacturer, global leading player in their industry sector and they have large operation in China, being one of the strategic market.

You will be reporting to the compliance director in the company and the total compliance team around 7-8 people, the team is divided by the sales region that they operate.

The role's main responsibility is to ensure the compliance projects/programs carried out in the local region, you will be delivering compliance training to the relevant business contacts and also spot the issues and carry our further analysis and investigations.

The focus of the compliance programs is to their distributors. so candidates with strong experience with sales/ after sales organisations would be highly preferred.

We are looking at mid level compliance candidate with legal background, with around 4-5 years of working experience.

Experience in compliance subject for at least 3 years

Experience with sales/ after sales organisations would be highly preferred

Strong business acumen and proactive approach

Willing to accept some travel.

Experience to work under a large/global leading organisation and a mature compliance team.
