Responsibilities:

- Provide support in establishing and performing all compliance function to ensure full compliance with all the relevant regulatory

- Develop and implement AML investigation, checking and /KYC review

- Monitoring dealing activities conducting investigations and handle complaint cases

- Provide advisory on compliance matters, review and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulated activities

- Perform the MIC role for compliance functions  

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Finance / Law or related disciplines

- Minimum 3-5 years or above relevant experience in Type 1, 2, 4, 6, 9 activities

- Familiar with SFC compliance, rules and regulations

- Self-motivated, independent and pleasant personality with good communication skills

- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
