Are you passionate for Compliance and Operational Risk Control (C&ORC) in general and in driving Compliance & Operational Risk related training? Are you driven by the desire to address the people side of change, develop effective training and help enable UBS to effectively train C&ORC Staff?

We are looking for someone like this to:

• take over the implementation and actively drive the learning strategy for C&ORC in Switzerland
• analyze learning needs together with subject matter experts
• lead learning projects such as eLectures, web based trainings and tutor lead trainings
• keep track of relevant learning system results, analyze trends and communicate within the group, e.g. other regions or central teams
• support learning community, replicate best practices, usage and consistency of learning standards
• promotion of learning programs and initiatives
• develop operational procedures for learning reporting
