Siemens Healthineers is looking for a Training/Communications Professional for its Compliance team. Internal Title: Compliance Professional Designation: Senior Manager Reporting Manager: Head of Compliance Zone India Job Role & Responsibilities Support the Zone Compliance Head in creating a robust culture of compliance and business integrity and proactively addressing compliance issues through creative, effective and innovative training and education for employees, business partners & vendors Maintain up-to-date knowledge of and ensure compliance with relevant industry Codes like APACMed, UCMDMP etc. and laws like Indian PCA, US FCPA, UK Bribery Act; Help the Zone Compliance Head to prepare a comprehensive Compliance communication calendar for various stakeholders in the Organisation and prepare content for effective understanding of Compliance policies, tools and other requirements; Develop and maintain a reasonable level of business knowledge to provide advice and support in complex problems Assist the Compliance Team in the Zone to conduct various compliance workshops, campaigns to evaluate gaps and risk areas and ensure effective mitigation through timely monitoring and follow up Support in the day to day operations of compliance processes and tools and perform periodic review to identify improvement areas; Work closely with local sales and marketing teams and ensure proper documentation while review and approval of workflows related to HCP/HCO interactions like Sponsorships, Education Grants, Clinical Collaboration, etc. and reporting in the tool and to internal stakeholders; Ensuring consistently high standards of Compliance and business integrity at all times; Undertake and perform any other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time Qualification & Experience: Graduate with minimum 3 years' experience in Training/Learning & Development/Communication roles with large MNC preferably from healthcare sector. Prior experience and exposure to Compliance would be an added advantage Competencies: Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to foster collaborative work relationships with cross-functional teams, peers and other stakeholders Conversant with the latest trends in corporate trainings for both internal and external stakeholders Knowledge of MS Sway, MS Teams, Power BI etc. would be added advantage Organization: Siemens Healthineers Company: Siemens Healthcare Private Limited Experience Level: Mid-level Professional Full / Part time: Full-time
